Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Consultation Sessions

Free 30-minute intro calls can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior with no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of the session.

2. Coaching Program Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you complete the first coaching session and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first session. This applies to all coaching program tiers.

No Refund After 30 Days

Refunds are not available more than 30 days after your first session. Any remaining sessions in your program package do not carry monetary value and cannot be refunded if unused after this period.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund: (1) Contact us at infor@forestexpelea.world or +1 (503) 248-7194. (2) Provide your order information and reason for request. (3) We will review and respond within 5 business days. (4) Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Session Cancellations

24+ Hours Notice: Full credit toward future sessions. Less Than 24 Hours: Session fee forfeited. No-Show: Session treated as attended; full fee applies.

5. Program Pausals

You may pause an active coaching program for up to 90 days without loss of remaining sessions. After 90 days, unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.

6. Digital Resources & Materials

Downloads (PDFs, guides, worksheets) purchased separately are non-refundable once accessed. If materials are not accessible due to technical error, we will provide replacement access or a refund at our discretion.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Group workshop attendance (once class begins)
  • Materials or resources that have been downloaded or printed
  • Membership renewals after expiration
  • Sessions not cancelled within the 24-hour window

8. Special Circumstances

If you experience a genuine hardship or emergency preventing participation, contact us to discuss options. We may approve exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

9. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a refund dispute, contact us within 30 days of the disputed transaction. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated per applicable state consumer protection laws.
